    微膠囊技術(shù)是一種運(yùn)用成膜材料將固體或液體包覆成具有核殼結(jié)構(gòu)微粒的技術(shù),所得微粒稱(chēng)為微膠囊。

    微膠囊的制備技術(shù)起源于20實(shí)際50年代,在70年代中期得到迅猛的發(fā)展,在此時(shí)期出現(xiàn)了微膠囊化產(chǎn)品和工藝。如:藥物、酶、香水、催化劑、染料等產(chǎn)品都應(yīng)用了微膠囊化的封裝形式。
