           廣義地說(shuō),蓄能技術(shù)就是將化學(xué)能、水能、熱能、電能等不同形式的能根據(jù)需要儲(chǔ)存起來(lái),在需要時(shí)釋放出來(lái)提供使用的技術(shù)。相變蓄能技術(shù)是根據(jù)物質(zhì)的三相特質(zhì)(即固相、液相、氣相)之間的相互轉(zhuǎn)換實(shí)現(xiàn)蓄能及放能。以水為例:固相為冰、液相為水、氣相為水蒸氣。當(dāng)固相冰變成液相水需要吸收大量的熱這就是吸熱現(xiàn)象,反之從液相的水變成固相的冰要放出大量的熱(或者是吸收大量的冷)這就是放熱現(xiàn)象。物質(zhì)材料在溫度變化時(shí)有相變現(xiàn)象發(fā)生和沒(méi)有相變發(fā)生,其吸收和放出的熱能相差數(shù)倍到數(shù)百倍。所謂相變蓄能就是利用這個(gè)原理,按冷鏈運(yùn)輸不同的溫度需求將不同相變溫度的材料進(jìn)行合理配置達(dá)到相變蓄冷蓄熱的效果,其物理反應(yīng)驗(yàn)證了能量守恒定律。

            Broadly speaking, energy storage technology is a technology that stores different forms of energy such as chemical energy, water energy, thermal energy, and electrical energy as needed, and releases it for use when needed. Phase-change energy storage technology is based on the mutual conversion of the three-phase characteristics of substances (ie, solid phase, liquid phase, and gas phase) to achieve energy storage and discharge. Take water as an example: the solid phase is ice, the liquid phase is water, and the gas phase is water vapor. When solid phase ice becomes liquid phase water, it needs to absorb a lot of heat, which is endothermic phenomenon. On the contrary, from liquid phase water to solid phase ice, it needs to release a lot of heat (or absorb a lot of cold), which is exothermic phenomenon. . When the temperature of the material changes, there is a phase change phenomenon and no phase change occurs, and the heat energy absorbed and released differs from several times to hundreds of times. The so-called phase-change energy storage is to use this principle to reasonably configure materials with different phase-change temperatures according to the different temperature requirements of cold chain transportation to achieve the effect of phase-change cold storage and heat storage, and its physical reaction verifies the law of conservation of energy.
