阻燃材料 Flame Retardant Material
一、介紹 Introduction
此阻燃劑是非磷非氮的環(huán)保阻燃劑,阻燃劑采用新型的三源技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,在高溫下的三源結(jié)構(gòu)相互反應(yīng),形成隔熱隔溫的效果。
This flame retardant is a non-phosphorus and non-nitrogen environmentally friendly flame retardant. The flame retardant adopts a new three-source technical structure design. The three-source structure reacts with each other at high temperature to form the effect of thermal insulation.
二、阻燃原理 The principle of flame retardant
當(dāng)物體表面溫度超過 200 度時,酸源與氣源發(fā)生反應(yīng),產(chǎn)生氮氣,同時碳源會在高溫下產(chǎn)生碳化反應(yīng),形成一種碳化發(fā)泡膜,氮氣在碳化層表面進行發(fā)泡,生成阻隔物體表面的熱量和氧氣的發(fā)泡板,從而達到阻燃的效果。

阻燃材料可以通過浸漬等方法應(yīng)用在面料上,使面料也具備阻燃的性能。除此之外也可應(yīng)用在其他需阻燃的地方,如木材等。
